Can We Build Another Model City?

I think the margin I would like to shift on most is just like allow people to build more. In Miami, where I live, a lot of the housing has actually doubled in price. People who don't have to be in the place all the time can live farther away. And ultimately, you can only remote work if like the people around you also know what it means for you to be like working from your home office and so on.
