Is There a Way to Write Arrays in a Language?
The core data structure of the language is array. The main inspiration was at least traceable back to Ken Iverson's APO. It rules out stuff like Julia and NumPy because there was even that lab probably. However you turn them in the language, which will specify how the iterations to be done.
