Is the Vaccine Ineffective?

The vaccines weren't deployed till 2021. The party line was among my old peer group that some of these when injected into the deltoid, sorry about that mic bump, would home just to the draining lymph nodes and stay there. And I accepted that my colleagues had in fact advanced the technology beyond the obstacle that it caused me and my wife to drop it and get out of it. They had made some significant advances and now it was working because otherwise, how could possibly they be moving this stuff forward?
