Neglect by the way is far more harmful than abuse even. Abuse is at least stimulus, right? I know something has happened to me,. But kids that are neglected have this fishbowl effect and they can't really remember anything being wrong. They just think there's something wrong with them. There's no memory because nothing really happened to remember. So bad news, we learn things that we carry with us. Good news, we can learn things that you do in adulthood. Different kinds of things say an adulthood. Absolutely. And I wonder if we could maybe start moving into something, you know, take take this and then get into concrete things. Let's say sure.
