Flexibility is round meeting the clients objectives, hitting our performance objectives and being responsible about what you are being asked to do. He made sure that there was a hostele with a work center, with dedicated internet the hours that he'd be able to acess it. This is both the employee taking that seriously, and then, as you said before, the employer setting those expectations.
