Flexibility in a Flexible Work Environment
Flexibility is round meeting the clients objectives, hitting our performance objectives and being responsible about what you are being asked to do. There is probably a hundred questions that we could come up with that could be answered around in a flexible work environment. And just as an example, at one of the con casas from the book, we had someone who went and spent some time in asia to help us launch our asia business. He made sure that there was a hostele with a work center, with dedicated internet the hours that he'd be able to acess it. This is both the employee taking that seriously, and then, as you said before, the employer setting those expectations.
