The three of us have been talking about how we can improve our learning designs. We created a virtual session for 500,000 employees and asked them to invite their spouses, significant others, or their kids to join with them. The second thing we did was create something called brain hack videos that take these concepts of how the brain learns and leverages very practical techniques that anybody can apply.
