Melatonin Is So Beautiful During the Day

Melatonin is actually phenomenal for hair growth. You don't need to apply it topically. And some people can't take melatonin at night because you just kind of makes for a poor sleep quality. There is a daytime production of melatonin in our mitochondria, which acts as the body's number one antioxidant. So we're really, because of also the blue light and because we're not out in the sunshine, we literally have very depleted melatonin reserves.
