I think that's the biggest thing is people tend to just overeat those. Like honestly, having just like one brownie doesn't even sound appealing to me. I'll have a mother. If I'm gonna have it, I're gonna have the whole thing. And so for his birthday this year, we were gonna go, you know, get barbecue and get dessert and all that he didn't want it. He wanted me to just cook the wild salmon that I cook and make dinner here. It takes me like three days to really go back, like on meal plan, correct? Yeah. That's exactly what happens to me exactly.
