The Secret Computer Failure of the DWP
Up to 10 million people who claim universal credit could have shortfalls in their state pension due to a secret computer failure exposed by your good selves. This includes up to 137,000 people already drawing a state pension - although the exact total is unknown as no one has been informed for what pensions if there is any kind of error. People falling through the net because we discovered some people who'd fallen through the net and it had not been updated for months before retirement age. There's also a big issue with people who have the wrong state pension forecast and then go off and spend loads of money on state pension top ups.
