CBT isn't always a good fit for neurodivergent folks, but dialectical behaviour therapy and some other modalities are better options. Mainly for me, I don't feel that CBT as a therapy really aligns as well as I'd like with sort of nervous system regulation. And so I believe it's very useful, dependent on your state and yeah, how you're feeling on the day. It can focus on safety seeking. You know, autistic folks have a lot of social anxiety.
