72 year old female she has type 2 diabetes with an A1C of 8% on metformin primary hypertension CKD3A without abibinuria the patient was admitted with septic shock from a complicated urinary tract infection. While in the ICU she has 30 minutes of atrial fibrillation with RVR with a rate of 135 beats per minute and then she underwent spontaneous cardiac version to sign this rhythm.
