We're not pushing our urges away. We're not will powering through them. Instead, we're allowing them into our body. And when we do that, we realize that they're really not that big of a deal. This is something that we practice in my program all the time. I had a client who messaged me and he said, this is all changing my life but especially the skill of learning how to process my emotions has been life changing. All right, you guys, this is a game changer. This is a new way of handling discomfort."
