A ritual is a way of making the invisible visible. Often it's a paternt set of behaviors or movements, or something that we do that communicates something that's invisible. So having a ritual come back over time in a sort of repeated way is a great way that we get to focus on what matters most. When we choose depth, there is aa freedom and a creativity in that choice. when we've forsaken other options, there's something richer to be discovered there.
What happens to work rituals when we no longer go into work? We’ll talk to rituals scholar Casper Ter Kuile and design leader Kursat Ozenc about why rituals are so essential, and how we can get creative with them in remote work.
