The Importance of Compassion
You just need a couple wins of using these skills and then when it when you finally are able to step back and observe it just clicks like I get it. The eight-year-old Johnny needed a lot of compassion he was very frightened he was in a lot of pain a lot of panic attacks a lot of depersonalization a lot of OCD showing up so it would be a lots of compassion for him. He was quite frightened about being vulnerable and not being strong and this stuff is what's doing that.
