The Government's Approach to Small Boats
This isn't the only new legislation and policy developed to try and fix the problem of small boats. Is it what's already happened? No, that's right. In the three years or so that this has been a growing problem, we've seen successive governments take a number of different steps to try to address it. And about a third of the public can put themselves in one of those camps, but most people don't want to have to make that choice. Most conservative voters would like this sort of thing if it worked, but might be quite skeptical about whether it will or not.
