When i joined i was a hundred % clear that we know exactly how and when to get profitable, and we have full control over it. But you have to be willing to invest a gain share. Especially as a public company. That means your signing up for some pretty serious losses for quite some time. And so you need to have that long term commitment in fortitude. It took some time to bring the organization around to that level of maturity. Is the public cloud? Is this the mother of all markets? Like, is this just one of the craziest, largest ground swells you've ever seen?"
