The Importance of Take Initiative

Sally Kohn: My coping mechanism is two words. If I'm ever stuck, like the worst place you can be is that feeling where you're stuck. She says there's a lot of benefit to setting yourself up to be able to take a step back or time away from work in times like this. The last thing he'll say too is though, is like for people listening to this,  this was supposed to be the promise of technology. It was supposed to take our jobs, she says. But what really ends up happening is we end up with more individual individuals who are worried about losing their jobs and not society as a whole.
