The Importance of Educating Yourself

A lot of our members feedback, particularly as they sort of grow and become more experienced, is that there's a part of being a CFO where you need to educate and teach. And so those tend to be skills that people have got to learn as they go or maybe just form a part of their natural makeup. I think I suspect it goes even more so with SaaS because it is a different business model to the sort of traditional ones that you probably learn from accounting training. If you do have an investor on the board, and it's an investor that's specialist in SAS investing, then they certainly should be helping to educate you.
