There are so many companies out there that can compensate you on an even gandor upside potential as well, that wouldn't be available to you in normal job markets. If you are being very aggressive and outwardly, doing an outward bound type of marketing approach to your job search, you're going to get attention. We buy products and services because we like them. And the same thing is true in a job serth, particularly in an interview. There's things that you can do to control the outcome of that interview by connecting with aindividual who's interviewing you at a personal level.
