Whatever happens in Costa Rica stays in Costa Rica, though apparently not because it's actually not a broader form of moral relativism where anything would be okay in another country. Or at least all I was committing myself to was that there are fundamentally different norms and attitudes about what's required for moral responsibility for you to deserve blame, punishment, or reward.
