How to Create a Realistic Routine
The first thing is to make sure that your routine is simple. A lot of my routines are like three to five steps because that keeps it simple. If you can't recall your routine easily, then it's not simple enough. You want to be able to have just the appropriate amount of steps in order to get from point A to point B on a regular basis.
