The Meaning of Mindfulness
mindfulness is the english translation of the polly word sate. It's all so to remember the present moment. We're using this as an exercise to clarify and refine our awareness of thought as an object. So that's with quickly passing thoughts. But when there are longer trains of thought, you know, when when we really have hopped on a train of on, or when there are persistent and repeated patterns of thought then it might be helpful to use some different strategies.
