Product Management at Amazon Devices

When i joined amazon there wasn't formal product management in the true sense of having product managers. And so i had the opportunity to kind of stand up the practice and establish some of the norms and cadences around what product management means at full story. We help the team in things like product priorization and deep customer insights and discovery, setting kind of bold, ambitious objectives and key results along with the team. Ultimately, to help them get value for their business by delivering better customer experiences, or digital experiences as well.
