How Can Data Centers Help the Climate Change Problem?
This project is the first of its kind in Ireland and one of the first to rely solely on a data center for its heat. Each customer has their own meter and they only build for whatever energy they use. By using this heat instead of letting it go to waste Eddie told me that their aim is to say between 15- 1700 tons of CO2 every year. That's about the same as getting two or three hundred cars off the road.
