The Consequences of the Russians' Destruction of a Satellite
The Russians destroyed a satellite that has the potential to risk cosmonauts on the International Space Station. The U.S. has vowed to never do any more satellite tests, and they're anti-satellite tests. There are people planning to send vast numbers of human beings to red planets in our vicinity. How does that interact with space law? So in theory. In theory Mars, the moon, asteroids can't be claimed by any one nation for sole usage.
