So there's elements of the book that were valuable, but it definitely overplayed its hand on the barefoot running benefits. We're more than a decade later and still know what he's looked, found what was promised in that book. And that's not for a lack of trying. That means something. Yeah. Well, with your long hair flowing behind you and your turn-fue sandwich line to be in. I wasn't quite ready to go that far. But I can see why people have your own appeal. You're hip shit.
