How Much Is Too Much?

How much is enough to gain these health benefits that we're talking about? I think that this is a great question and a question that everybody asks me, how much is too much? Skeletal muscle traditionally has not been measured in medical practices. It's typically just looked at as body fat percentage, right, or BMI. That is a huge mistake as it relates to being able to identify the importance of skeletal muscle.
