In 19 67, the florida state legislature created a special taxing dix district called the reedy creek improvement district that would act with the same authority and responsibility as a govermentt disney has its own government. They have this carved out county level government. If you look at it on a map, it's comparable to the size of orlando itself. And it's basically like an indian reservation right there.
