If I am looking at a climate controlled building versus a drive up gravel building, right, your total return is going to be different. Just because of the taxes and that can change your investing decision on the acquisition side as well as how easy it is to get that stuff funded. The second thing is we'll need to know the purchase price because depreciation is not an intrinsic value of the property, but it's a relative value based on how much you actually bought it for.
