I justfigure out if the person's goin to win at life. If i know they're gin to win atLife, i try to get to know them,. Watch for a year, six months, see if the matricks are going the right way. See if the founder is a good leader, or see if the ow can you tell if they'rea good leader by the quality of the people they're able to recruit. 's that simple.
