i know all too well about anger. Anger is something that we really should spend a whole hour on in another talk. It destroys relationships, impedes your ability to be happy and interferes with healthy relationships. Take dep bress regularly. Get a lot of sleep. Give yourself breaks. Learn to act, but not react. Accept yourself as being human. Let go of toxic people in your life. Never give up on the fact that you are ok, that a d h d does not define you. And make a difference in your significant others' lives.
