The Process of Grief
Grief is another thing that I'm dealing with in my personal life. Like when you lose somebody, there's just sadness. You can't think your way out of it. And then the next day, like I kind of it's like almost like shoveling snow. It's like, okay, we're just shoveling emotional snow right now. There'll be more snow later. But at least the sidewalks going to be clear when I wake up in the morning,. The attachment concept makes a lot of sense to me. So Newfield has this idea of futility and bumping up against futility over and over again. Each time is an opportunity to practice adaptation - not practice.
