This week we bring you a lovely fellow who was a joy to meet up with on the island of Oahu and Hawaii. Vexillology has its roots in Latin for little sale, vellum as a sale or a curtain, and it's related to veil. The key principles to designing a good flag are keep it simple that can be so simple that an adult can draw from memory. We also talk about why Hawaii has a union jack on its flag, the hardest flags to draw, which colors we don't see on flags and why. And how you too can have fun with flags all year round.
