How Much Prosomillate Should You Consume?

If you're consuming prosomillate as a moderate portion of your diet, does it cause any harm? I see no reason to believe that the answer is yes. There really is no other food that has been so clearly shown to harm the thyroid gland in humans as pearl millet. So if you're going to consume pearl millet, I would definitely consume it less than once per day. If there's any doubt, call the company and ask.
