I think it's useful for us to acknowledge that, that, yeah, things that are slightly beyond our control can derail us a bit. And there's no point having to go at myself about something that I chose to do in the past. Yeah, especially if it was because of other things that you also felt like you needed to do. It is a good idea to keep a period diary and to kind of write down physically and mentally how you're feeling day-to-day so as to figure out when best to train or all that sort of thing. We've had it in the magazine before but we must put it in that it was probably Laura Fountain.
