What Is the Difference Between Poetry Producing Culture and Prose Producting Culture?
We must look upon our past laws as human lives lived under certain conditions. And criticise them in terms of how far these responses were successful. This is straight piece of genetic historicism, so far as the lawyers are concerned. The idea of copying Roman magistrates is ridiculous and comes to his aid when it comes to erasmus. Why should we build buildings in the roman style? It's true, louvre reneverse is quite a nice building. But our style is just as good as neo-classical - if not better. We don't exist at plebeian like they do. Each nation has its own character. Languages cause a symptom of culture in general.
