Habits are automatic. You don't need to rely on anything. When something is a habit, it happens without demanding a cognitive load. Habits allow you to get more done by virtue of stringing cues and responses together so that discipline and will power no longer have to be involved. The opportunity is to leverage your discipline to form habits. People do not ide their futures. They decide their habits, and their habits decide their futures.
