The Circle of Inspiration in Commencement Speeches

i feel like a lot of speakers want to just say the thing that will make them sound the smartest or the funniest. What they need to do is say thething that is the truest to them. So it sounds like your job is inspiring people to inspire others. Do you have to give yourself an inspiring speech to give other people inspiring advice for? Yesm, i think that the whenever i am working on a commencement speech, i'm the most inspiring step in my work  is to call up the university and get information about students.
