The Importance of Being Your Own Accountability Partner
I think when you become your own accountability partner first and foremost that's when the needle moves right. I have an overwhelming instinctual part of me that tries to be very hard on myself so I have to kind of like come that sometimes because I don't think that's healthy either. Ravi Khan kept talking about how he was going to start his own company or start his own thing but then at a certain point it just became embarrassing that he wasn't actually leaving and doing it so he just cut the cord. People need to build up to that's a habit, not speak it into existence but tell somebody where you'd be embarrassed if they didn't follow through on it.
