There is this very unfortunate tradition in architecture in the industry of This unspoken sort of like you'll get paid when I get paid kind of up way of operating during business. We only have ourselves to blame so it goes back to your second point that kind of came up in your story which is that we will tell ourselves all these stories about why we shouldn't collect. It's actually the battle against ourselves that we need to have and it's the one it's about against ourselves that ultimately we need to win.
