Russia and Ukraine - Russia's Proposal to Develop Biological Weapons
There's been a lot of talk from Russia that they are going to fight for the city. It would make military sense for Russia to consolidate their fighting power and come south of the river. But unless this is something to entice Ukraine to perhaps overextend themselves, get into the city and there's a trap, all this might be Russia making a move to remove its combat power. The UN has rejected a call by Russia for probing to a biological weapon. In mid-October Russia was losing about 40 a day, 40 vehicles a day. That's about a battalion's worth of equipment every day.
