How to Rally Capital Around Public Goods?
Plasmi group is trying to create a world in which public goods are investible as the average v c start up. They've just finished a retract of public goods round one, where they gave away a million dollars. The first challenge was that it wasn't immediately obvious what a public good is or how to retroactively reward people who have made huge amounts of money for their work. And so actually, in some ways, public goods funding is almost about, you know, making the economy a little bit fairer and correcting market inefficiencies.
