Dublin Port: A Capacity

Dublin Port has admitted that it will reach capacity in 10 years time. This means additional port capacity will be needed elsewhere on the East Coast of Ireland to cater for the growth. The Norwegians, Dutch and Singaporeans have all re-imagined their cities like Dublin did. But moving everything now would cost 8.3 billion euros - just a little more than half last year's surplus budget.
