I think we have to use our imagination. What I would love to see is a future where we have a marketplace that is safer by design, that respects our privacy by design. So another world is possible, but we have to be a force for that. That doesn't mean we've solved all the problems on the other side of the equation. We're still fighting for those and incentivizing the market. The book is called Buyer Aware, harnessing our consumer power for a safe fare and share.
