The Kingdom of God Is Beginning

Jesus wanted his followers to realize that God's kingdom is beginning but it's not all here yet. When the king returns full of authority he checks up to see if his subjects had done what he told him to do in verse 13. Jesus' disciples are responsible for all that he's entrusted to us we're to be active while Jesus is away.
