Black Water - Private Military Contractors

Private military contractors, black water or not, they're going to be a presence in the country for a long, long time. The surge was supposed to represent this idea of the US getting back to basics and recommitting itself to fighting the kind of war that under Rumsfeld, it had not put more boots on the ground. Eric Prince is trying to resurrect the British Empire basically in which there would just be an army for the East India Company. He wants to resurrect this in a much more public way.
