How to Increase Endosomal Escape?

Endosomal escape used to be talked about as one of the great challenges of drug delivery. Has that been solved? Or is that still an active area of research? How to increase endosomal escape? From my perspective, it's very active. Of course, you know, 100% is not going to be possible, but a lot of room for improvement.
