There is a lot of breath shaming going on in the universe right right now. I'm really looking at an effort to avoid any sort of a thing with me. risk of a fracture or you are at less risk of, you know, straining a rib or what have you. It's something I really want my mother to do because your shoulders and neck live on top of your rib cage. And so with the adjustment in the thorax, with the excessive rounding, your shoulders have no other option but to lift up and draw forward. That just creates so much extra burden on what I would call your zone. Three muscles, this head, neck, shoulder zone. You can breathe in
