World War Cars has set four core competences that everyone within the company is recruited based on. It's also a definition of how I am then living up to those behaviors, helping all leaders look at talents from the same base. What we saw in need for was also a more clear definition for leadership. And there we have now set five leadership competences which is also behavioral because that is where you can start to assess both in recruitment and development.
