The Importance of Product Quality
I think maybe the average fitness business owner is a little bit too confident in how good their product is when it might be a six out of 10. And I remember somebody being completely unreasonably angry with me over the amount of exercises that they were given in a workout, and then I had to ask them to leave because they were so insanely disruptive. It's the gym owner that does place maybe not that much of an importance on their product,. But something along those lines that makes it better than a 6 out of 10, I think is really critical to make sure that it is worth referring people to.
